Audition Self-Tape Examples
Demo Reel Editing
Got some new footage? Or just need an overall actor reel update? Editing services start at $60/per hour.
Generally, if only adding a new scene or two to an already established reel, the service should take no more than one hour. If you have multiple clips of footage or need a full reel edit, the service will more likely take up to two hours. Turnaround time will be no more than 24 hours, depending.
Footage
Your video files must be sent as mp4 or mov and as the highest quality possible is recommended.
If you have more than one reel that you need edited (ex. comedic reel, drama reel, commercial reel) they should be submitted separately and will be charged as a separate project.
We use WeTransfer for sending & receiving all footage.
Instructions
Along with your video files, in a separate email, please provide us with any directions for your edit that you would like us to follow. ie. time codes, the order, etc.
Example:
1: Stranger Things, start at 00:43 and end at 01:26
2: This is Us, start at 1:17 and end at 1:41
3: Indie Movie, start at 1:50 and end at 2:08
4: Criminal Minds, start at 00:16 and end at 00:38
Not sure what you want? No worries. We can provide the edit for you based on our knowledge of the industry standard.
After the first edit, we will give you the opportunity to approve your reel and make any additional changes at no extra cost. Edits after the first free revision will be an additional $25.
