Cancellations & Refunds
In order to receive a refund, appointments must be cancelled 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time.

*No Shows and Late Cancellations will not be refunded.
*Getting your Footage
**Tape turnaround is 1-2 hours in which we will send to you a zip file via Wetransfer.
**If you have 2 or more scenes, we are now only able to send 3 edited takes max of each scene. We will review your favorites on the monitor so that you can choose!
**If you would like to receive all of your takes unedited, please bring a hard drive and we will transfer them to you before you leave.
Appointment Times
Please be on time as there are other appointments booked before and after your scheduled appointment slot.
Walk Ins Are Not Accepted
Bookings must be made through the website only and prepayment is required to book.
How much time should I book for my session?
A scene takes about 1 minute per page, as well as factoring in time for watching playback, as it is considered part of the booked time. 15 min sessions are recommended mostly for small co-stars or quick commercial auditions.
Will a reader be provided?
Yes! A reader will be provided for you - but you are also welcome to bring your own reader if you would like.
